Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AllCrewAllCrew (the "Platform"), owned andoperated by Al Zanabaq Ship Management, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the"Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound bythese Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Definitions
• Candidate: An individual who creates a profile or uploads a CV to the Platform.
• Recruiter / Employer: Any person, company, or entity that uses the Platform to search orcontact candidates.
• User: Any individual or entity using the Platform, whether a Candidate or Recruiter.
• Services: All features of the Platform, including CV hosting, candidate search, messaging, andrecruitment facilitation.

2. Eligibility
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Recruiters must act on behalf of a legitimate business and for genuine recruitment purposes.
• By using the Platform, you confirm all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and kept up todate.

3. Use of the Platform
Users agree not to:
• Upload false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Misuse the Platform, including by scraping, copying, spamming, or introducing viruses or harmfulcode.
• Use candidate data for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment.
• Harass, exploit, or discriminate against other Users.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice orliability.

4. Candidate Responsibilities
• Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profiles, CVs, and otherinformation.
• Candidates acknowledge that while they can manage the visibility of their profile, the Companydoes not guarantee confidentiality or prevent third-party misuse.
• Candidates may request removal of their profile in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but theCompany is not responsible for residual data stored in backups, caches, or third-party systems.

5. Recruiter Responsibilities
• Recruiters may only use candidate data for genuine recruitment purposes.
• Recruiters are prohibited from reselling, marketing, or sharing candidate data outside theirorganization without the candidate's explicit consent.
• Recruiters must comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and privacy laws,including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• Recruiters are solely responsible for their dealings with candidates, including the accuracy of joboffers and compliance with employment laws.

6. Payments (Recruiters Only)
• Certain Services require payment of fees or subscriptions, which must be paid in accordance withthe pricing published on the Platform.
• All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property
• The Platform, its software, design, branding, and all content (excluding User-uploaded content)are owned by or licensed to the Company.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform only for recruitment orjob-seeking purposes.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or exploitation of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
• The Company is a neutral intermediary and is not a party to any employment contract ortransaction between Candidates and Recruiters.
• The Company does not verify the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any Candidate or Recruiterinformation.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express orimplied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
• The Company does not guarantee that Candidates will secure employment, or that Recruiters willfind suitable candidates.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
1. No Liability for Damageso The Company, its shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, andagents (together, the "Protected Parties") shall have no liability whatsoever to any User,Candidate, or Recruiter for any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, orexpenses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive,exemplary, or special, arising out of or in connection with:
▪ the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Platform or Services;
▪ any inaccuracies, omissions, or unlawful content uploaded by Users;
▪ any acts, omissions, statements, or representations of Candidates, Recruiters, orthird parties;
▪ any employment, contractual, or commercial arrangements entered into outsidethe Platform;
▪ data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access beyond the Company'sreasonable control; or▪ any viruses, malware, or harmful code introduced by third parties.
2. Absolute Cap on Liabilityo In any event, the aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for any claim shall notexceed the greater of:(i) the total fees actually paid by the User to the Company in the 12 months immediatelypreceding the claim, or(ii) AED 300.3. No Employment Guarantee
o The Company makes no guarantees that:
▪ a Candidate will obtain employment,
▪ a Recruiter will find a suitable Candidate, or
▪ any engagement, contract, or arrangement will result from use of the Platform.

4. Risk Assumption by Users
o All Users expressly acknowledge that they use the Platform entirely at their own risk, andthat the exclusions and limitations of liability contained herein are a fundamental condition of their use of the Platform.

10. Indemnity
1. User's Indemnification Obligation
o Each User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities,losses, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses(including reasonable legal fees and expenses), whether direct or indirect, arising out ofor in connection with:
▪ the User's use or misuse of the Platform or Services;
▪ any breach by the User of these Terms;
▪ any employment, contractual, or commercial relationship (or dispute) betweenCandidates and Recruiters;
▪ any violation of applicable law by the User, including employment, privacy,immigration, tax, and data protection laws; and▪ any claim brought by another User, Candidate, Recruiter, or third party arisingfrom the User's content, conduct, or dealings.
2. Third-Party Claimso This indemnity expressly covers claims made by government authorities, regulators, taxauthorities, Candidates, Recruiters, employees, contractors, or any other third partiesagainst the Company.
3. Indemnity Survivalo These indemnity obligations survive termination, suspension, or expiration of the User'saccount or these Terms.

11. Waiver of Collective or Class Actions
1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Users agree that:any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with the Platform or theseTerms must be brought on an individual basis only;Users hereby waive any right to bring or participate in any form of collective,representative, or class action against the Company or the Protected Parties; andany arbitration, litigation, or other proceedings shall be conducted solely between theindividual User and the Company.If a court of competent jurisdiction in Dubai or the UAE finds this waiver unenforceable in whole orin part, the remainder shall still apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination
• Candidates may delete their accounts at any time.• Recruiters may terminate subscriptions in accordance with applicable cancellation terms.• The Company may suspend or terminate any account immediately, for any reason, at its solediscretion, without liability.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Continued useof the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
